Peebles’ Apartments was established in 1987 in Marion, Illinois, starting with a single four-unit apartment building. Over the years, we’ve grown to more than 30 units, along with a beautiful home on Lake of Egypt. Through this journey, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people—some of whom have been with us for over a decade.

We are proud to be a family owned and operated business. Everything from managing the office to repairs and yard maintenance is handled by our family. We take pride in our rental properties. We are familiar with all of our tenants as they see us around the properties often.
